Who Am I? I am Being Unjustly Held in SMU

I bet you didn’t know that the Georgia Deparment of Corrections (GDC) officials have, under the false pretense, considered the Special Management Unit (SMU) in Jackson, GA, a physical part of the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison. Guess what? It is not. Their reasons for alleging this is simple: to cover up for the numerous constitutional and state violations.

Who Am I? Allow me to address this. I have been incarcerated for 24 years. I have never assaulted a staff member or attempted to escape. I have never destroyed any property and so on, but I’ve been held in retaliatory administrative segregation for over 9 years. This is contrary to SOP IIC02-0002/0004. I have been ordered lockdown. WHY? Because I filed grievances and access the courts.

I’m well aware of my rights. The point of this briefing is to bring wide spread attention to the malicious and sadistic practices exhibited and condoned by state officials. To what point do acts and ommissions under the colors of state law become criminal to the ones who have the least to defend themselves many times In efforts to receive support in addressing the named facts and more, Ive distributed this briefing wide spread. The key is always the public’s interest.
