5 Tips To Loose Weight Quick!
1. Get up off the sofa - if you do some type of vigorously boy movement at least once every hour, you will burn more calories than sitting on the sofa for two hours straight.
2. Leave the potatoes chips alone - as easy as they may be for a quick snack, pick up some wheat crackers, almonds or fresh fruit
3. Eat smaller meals with smaller portions. If you are use to eating three time a day, spread that into 6 time per day and eat every 4 hours.
4. Lift weights - lifting weights burns a lot of calories. Try to lift small weights (5 or 10 pounds) with lots of repetitions at least 3 times per week
5. Stop procrastinating - If you keep talking about losing weight and never even take the first step, then you have lost the battle.
