California Three Strikes Law





Under the Three Strikes Law in California nearly 65% of those incarcerated are charged with non-violent crimes. I am a big believer that people who break the law need to answer for it. I have a son, a sister, and nephews and nieces who I want protected. The insanity of this law though, amazes me. How in this day and age, when we are plocing the world and judging other socieites with flwawed humanity decisions, can we have a law that allows its citizens to serve life terms for smoneone who has never committed a violent crime.
