Q What is the company named Dawah International, LLC?
A Dawah International LLC is the parent company of the Prisonworld brand with several divisions.
Q What is your refund policy?
A For any items purchased, Prisonworld Magazine, t-shirts or other merchandise, CD’s, etc, there are no refunds. Please make sure that the institution allows our merchandise. If not allowed, your monies or stamps will be considered a donation.
Q If I join your email list will I get a lot of junk mail?
A No, we do not sell our email list nor do we bombard your box with emails. You will only receive an email from us when we have an announcement., which is approximately twice per month.

Q Why when I tried to log into your radio show the links were not working?
A At any given time our bandwidth is exhausted. We get over a million people logging onto our stream from around the world. We are working diligently to get this problem fixed. It seems as if every time we update it is still not quite enough. Our shows are archived in mp3 format and posted on our BLOG – Prisonworld Blogtalk – and here on our site for your convenience. You can also sign up for an automatic direct feed through iTunes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q What are your submission policies and guidelines?
A We review all submissions from the general public but the majority of our space is allotted to the prisoners because this is a magazine for them. We do use general public material but it depends on substance and space.
Q Can I purchase your magazine and have it shipped directly to my incarcerated loved one?
A Yes, you can. Whatever way you decide to pay, Paypal or money order, just make sure you provide their mailing information.
Q Do you allow international pen pals?
A Yes, we do.
Q Do you ship international?
A Yes we do. Please add $3 additional for shipping for a single issue and $10 for a one year subscription.
Q How long does it take to get your picture on MYPRISONWORLD?
A We normally have your picture on our site within a week.

Q What is your turn around time?
A If you order the magazine, CD or merchandise, please allow two weeks for delivery. If we do not have any in stock it may take a few weeks longer.
