A For any items purchased, Prisonworld Magazine, CD’s, etc, there are no refunds. Please make sure that the institution allows our merchandise. If not allowed, your monies or stamps will be considered a donation.
Q If I join your email list will I get a lot of junk mail?
A No, we do not sell our email list nor do we bombard your box with emails. You will only receive an email from us when we have an announcement., which is approximately twice per month.

Q Why when I tried to log into your radio show the links were not working?
A At any given time our bandwidth is exhausted. We get over a million people logging onto our stream from around the world. We are working diligently to get this problem fixed. It seems as if every time we update it is still not quite enough. Our shows are archived in mp3 format and posted on our BLOG – Prisonworld Blogtalk – and here on our site for your convenience. You can also sign up for an automatic direct feed through the TUNEIN App or through iTunes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
