The Prisonworld Radio Hour Celebrates Seven Years of Broadcasting

7th anniversary

The Prisonworld Radio Hour Celebrates Seven Years of Broadcasting

Over the years people have asked us why we do it. It’s just an hour of our time, sometimes consistent every week, sometimes not, but the sentiment is always the same. We do it becasue we care. Even when we take long hiatuses, our loyal audience always comes back around to find us. We get questioned by people we meet at different places about our radio show, that’s why we do it. When inmates talk to us about our show in the various prisons we visit, it confirms why we do it. When college students ask us, are you still doing your show, that is why we do it. We do it to be a voice. We do it to make a difference. We do it becasue people keep wanting us to do it. The Prisonworld Radio Hour, Co-hosts, Rufus & Jenny Triplett, celebrate seven years of broadcasting by going down memory lane discussing the many shows they have done from comedians to Kardashians, from death row inmates to formerly incarcerated, from celebrities to TMZ, the Triplett’s have interviewed numerous people and shared their voice and message with millions around the world.  Just like every other show, this is a show you don’t want to miss!

The Prisonworld Radio Hour Reaches in the Prisonworld Mailbag

Lots & Lots of mail comes to Prisonworld. Lots of mail. Did you hear…lots? Even after Prisonworld Magazine took a hiatus, mail continued to pour into Prisonworld. It shows the depth and reach the brand name has behind the walls and the constant outreach with the families of inmates. The Prisonworld Radio Hour, Co-hosts, Rufus & Jenny Triplett, pull out a few letters from inmates to read and discuss on air. Some of the letters they receive a long, some are very sad, and some just want to them to know…they are appreciated. Just like every other show, this is a show you don’t want to miss!
