My fiance became jealous and slapped me. I walked away, she then hit me with a beer (a full can of beer) I walked away again. We’re back in our room, she’s still fussing. I decide to leave. She jumps in between me and the door putting her hand around my neck, then dragging her nails down the side of my neck. I blacked out. When I came to, she was on the ground saying “wait til I get up.” Her knife and phone are on the end of the bed. Seeing that she’d already attacked me 3 times, and her knife is well within her reach talking about wait til I get up.
I punched her twice with a combination. To make my point more clearer, I am a totally disabled person and there was no way out becasue she was in between me and the door. Now in my self defense case, the police lied, the Deputy District Attorney lied, my public defender didn’t investigate my case and he only found out my side of the story 7 days before my trial. I was found guilty of using too much force and sentenced to 21 years. (Help me Please)
